The content of this website and of the Diotima platform are exclusively owned by Trinity College Dublin.  Data mining, extraction or collection by any means, storage, reproduction and adaptation are not permitted without the written permission of Trinity College Dublin, as represented by the Diotima Project in Learnovate.

Trinity College Dublin reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, the content of the Diotima website and of the Diotima platform.  Interaction with the Diotima project will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in place at the time of the interaction.  Where any of the Terms and Conditions if found to be invalid or unenforceable, other terms will remain in effect. 

Use of the Diotima website or the Diotima platform is governed by Irish Law.  By using of the Diotima website or Diotima platform  you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
